Oakhill ponds swim club offers a quiet, nature-rooted way to move through the colder months. With spring-fed waters, firelight, and a small community of swimmers, it invites calm, connection and rhythm.
We welcome a limited number of members each season to preserve the peace of the land and protect the creatures who live here year-round: deer, ducks, moorhens, herons and more.
All members are asked to agree to the waivers here

Join at any time - membership is monthly from the day you join and renews automatically each month (you can cancel any time)
swim times
Monday to Fridays: 6:30am – 9:00am
Monday to Fridays: 12:00pm - 2:00pm
Monday to Thursdays: 4:00 – 7:00pm
- Shared sauna sessions are currently on Tuesdays 7.30pm - 8.30 pm further slots will be opened on weekdays if there is demand. Additional sessions released on Friday's and at weekends when available, all at half normal price, only £7.50 per person. They require advance booking. See below.
- Members can bring swim guests for £7 per person and sauna guests at a cost of £15 per person (including a swim)
- Full moon swims: once a month at dusk - with a reflection on the season & fire-pit is included in membership - additional sauna access at £7.50.
Priority access for members (2 weeks before swims are released to the general public).
Some like it hot....some like it cold: moving from the cool of the spring-fed ponds to the heat of the sauna is called 'contrast therapy' - this hot–cold cycle helps balance the nervous system, soothe stress and ease inflammation.
